If I could give him 10 stars I would! We met Rob at a real crucial time in my family's and extended family's life. We lived next to my parents who were in their 80's. My father had a stroke and within a couple months (and alot of emotional ups and downs) he passed away. Then we unfortunately, nine months later lost my mom too. We were all devastated. Luckily our parents home was completely paid for therefore it fell right into me and my 2 sisters hands. We called Rob to come and take a look and direct us to what needed to be done to prepare for it to go on the market. All three of us had many questions on the whole process. He made sure everything was crystal clear to all of us and he NEVER made us feel like we were asking too many questions. He also came and helped with many things we just couldn't get to. He bent over backwards to make sure the property looked fresh and clean inside and out!! He made sure we had ample open houses at all different times, week nights, week days weekends. When we accepted an offer, he made sure we understood everything all the way up to closing! Everything went smoothly! After selling my parents house, we quickly realized we couldn't stay. Getting up everyday and watching strangers going into my parents (my kids grandparents) house was just too hard. So another call went to Rob. He again bent over backwards to help us get our house on the market and sold. He told us what we needed to freshen up and/or fix. He even offered to help move boxes! Again, he planned many open houses, but we got an offer the first weekends open house. AND Robb helped us find a new home to move too. We looked at many and he never made us feel like we were wasting his time or pressured us to put in an offer. He was terrific! He took alot of our stress away and made the whole process selling, selling and buying very easy! Especially for people who have never ever done this before. Rob was awesome. His professional experience guided us through the sale of our parent's home. His suggestions for updating a few things, were perfect. The minimal projects made a huge esthetic difference and raised the value of the home. He was right there helping paint, changing out fixtures and sprucing up the landscaping. He went over and above just being a "realtor", in every sense of the word. We were very attached to this home and our memories. It was an emotional sale for myself and my sisters. Rob understood, had compassion and helped wherever he could. He's an excellent Realtor and we were very fortunate to have had him on our side through this sale. Rob was wonderful to work with! Got amazing photos done, helped in adding touching details that he knew would get the house more attention. Rob even went up a 20 foot ladder to clean the gutters. When buying my next house he stopped by noticing the previous owners hadn’t moved out at all and handled the situation so smoothly!
